SHRIMP PILLOWS 
1 pkg. ready pie crusts from the dairy counter
20 med. shrimp, cooked, shelled & deveined
3/4 - 1 c. mayonnaise
Lemon pepper to taste

Cut 3" circle, dip shrimp in mayo, lay shrimp on dough; sprinkle with lemon pepper; fold dough and pinch edges to seal. Bake at 450 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Makes 20 shrimp.
