YORK APPLE BUTTER ROLLS 
Flaky pie crust (amount used for 9-inch double crusted pie)
3/4 to 1 jar apple butter
Sugar
Cinnamon
Finely chopped pecans

Divide pie crust into thirds. Roll crust very thin into a 15x6 inch rectangle. Sprinkle crust with sugar, cinnamon, and pecans. Spoon on apple butter, making sure to cover all areas generously. Sprinkle on more sugar, cinnamon, and pecans.

Taking the 15-inch side, roll 2 times. Cut this section from the remaining rectangle. This section should be about 2x15 inches. Sprinkle on more sugar and cinnamon. Place on well-greased cookie sheet. Once on cookie sheet, cut into 2 inch squares. Continue process until all dough is gone. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.

HINT: Always remove rolls while pan is still hot.
