LEMON - ORANGE ANGEL DELIGHT 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon sugar-free Jello
1/2 c. very hot water
1/4 c. (scant) Sugar Twin
1 c. orange juice
Juice from 1 lemon
Grated rinds from 1 orange and 1 lemon
1 env. D-Zerta (whipped)
Between 1/4 and 1/2 lg. angel food cake

Dissolve Jello in hot water and stir well. Add orange and lemon juice and Sugar Twin. Allow to chill to a shimmering consistency. Add whipped D-Zerta by folding into liquid mixture. Break angel food into bite-sized pieces and line a 10 x 10 plastic or glass pan. Pour liquid over the cake and repeat with cake and then the liquid smoothing it out well on top. Refrigerate overnight.
