LIMAS AND MUSHROOMS | |
Serves: 8. Time: 8 minutes. 2 pkgs. frozen lima beans 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced in half 1 med. onion, chopped Saute onion in butter (1/2 stick), add mushrooms, cook for 6 minutes. Cook lima beans. Grease casserole, put a layer of limas, mushrooms and onions, sprinkle salt, pepper and flour (1/4 cup). Pour milk or cream to cover. Put bread crumbs cook in butter. Heat about 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. |
