FROZEN LIMA BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen lima beans (small beans)
1 cube butter
1 lg. onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 can mushroom soup
4 oz. grated cheddar cheese

Cook lima beans as directed then drain. Saute onion and bell pepper in butter. Pour soup, onion, bell pepper over lima beans. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake 25 to 30 minutes in 350 degree oven. Stir before serving.
