TACO TARTLETS 
1 lb. hamburger
3 tbsp. taco seasoning
2 tbsp. ice water
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. taco sauce
A dash of Tabasco sauce
1 c. crushed tortilla chips
1/2 - 3/4 c. Cheddar cheese (shredded)

Mix hamburger, taco seasoning and water. Press mixture into the bottom and sides of a tart pan to form a shell. Combine sour cream, taco sauce, Tabasco sauce and chips; fill the shell with a spoonful of the mixture. Top each with the shredded Cheddar cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 7-8 minutes. Remove from pan with the tip of a knife. Yields about 30.
