HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 can green beans, drained
1 c. rice, cooked
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 can tomatoes or 1 can Rotel tomatoes and chilies
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Brown the hamburger and drain. Add the drained green beans, the tomatoes (or Rotel), and the mushrooms. Cook until hot. Pour all into a casserole dish. Top with cooked rice. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top of the rice. Bake in oven on 350 degrees until the cheese melts.
