CARAMEL PECAN BROWNIES | |
12 vanilla caramels 2 tbsp.milk 2 eggs 3/4 c. sugar 6 tbsp. butter, melted 1/2 tsp. vanilla 3/4 c. flour 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. chopped pecans Powdered sugar Stir together caramels and milk over medium heat until caramels are melted. Set aside. In mixer bowl, beat eggs. Gradually beat in sugar. Blend in butter, caramel mixture and vanilla. Stir together dry ingredients and stir into caramel mixture. Fold in pecans. Pour into a greased 9 x 9 inch pan and bake in 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes. When cool, sift powdered sugar over top. |
