HOT TOMATO SALSA 
2 gallons tomato puree
5 lg. onions
10 tbsp. mace
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. pepper
4 c. vinegar
1 whole garlic bulb, minced
3 jalapeno peppers
2 sm. cans green mild chilies

Mix all together and simmer on stove top until slightly thickened. Can be frozen or canned. A great way to use all those garden tomatoes.
