ALMOND CRESCENT COOKIES 
1 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tbsp. water
2 c. flour
1 c. blanched chopped almonds

Cream butter, vanilla, sugar and add flour and water. Mix thoroughly, stir in almonds. Form crescents about 2 inches long. Bake in greased cookie sheet, in slow oven, about 300 degrees, for 20 minutes or until brown. Roll in powdered sugar.
