FRUIT PIZZA 
CRUST:

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. cold butter

Blend as with pie crust and pat into ungreased 15-inch pizza pan. Bake at 300 degrees until done, 12-15 minutes.

TOPPING:

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix together and spread on cooled crust.

Use bananas, canned pineapple chunks, kiwi, strawberries, grapes, peaches, mandarin oranges or any other fruit desired. Dip bananas in lemon juice before using.

GLAZE:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. pineapple juice drained from pineapple chunks

Cook until clear and thick. Spread over fruit to cover all fruit.
