CRANBERRY CHUTNEY 
1 pkg. cranberries
1 c. water

Bring to boil until cranberries pop. Add 1 cup sugar and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and add: 1 c. chopped apples 1 c. chopped nuts 1 c. raisins 1 tbsp. grated orange peel 1 tsp. ginger

Will keep in refrigerator for several weeks.
