FUDGEY BROWNIES 
3/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/3 c. flour
2/3 c. oil
2 eggs
1/2 c. boiling water
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
Nuts

Stir cocoa and baking soda in bowl. Blend in 1/3 cup oil. Add water; stir until thick. Stir in sugar, eggs and remaining oil. Stir until smooth. Add flour, vanilla and salt. Blend. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes for a 13 x 9 inch greased pan. Bake 30 to 32 minutes for 2 8-inch square pans.
