This is the way anyone who loves sardines would eat them (with the exception of the need for the saddle!). For those in our poor urban lifestyles, I recommend you open it in the middle of the office and have a snack; while you encourage others to part take. Too few Americans today appreciate the joy and benefits of canned fish on your favorite cracker!
