CALICO SALAD CASSEROLE | |
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen vegetables (cooked and drained) 1 c. finely chopped onion 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 (8 oz.) bag Pepperidge Farm corn bread stuffing 1 stick butter, melted Mix together onion, cheese and mayonnaise. Add to cooked and drained vegetables. Pour mixture into greased casserole and top with corn bread stuffing mixed with 1 stick melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. |
