PUMPKIN PIE 
4 eggs, beaten
1 Cool Whip bowl of squash or pumpkin
2 c. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. salt
1 sm. can evaporated milk
2 (9") pie shells, unbaked

Combine eggs and pumpkin. Blend in sugar, spice and salt. Mix well. Add milk; mix. Pour into shells. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees. Bake 40 minutes.
