CHOCOLATE MINT FUDGE 
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. peppermint extract
1 stick butter (1/2 c.)
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix sugar and cocoa in 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan. Combine milk and peppermint and pour over sugar mixture. Lay a whole stick of butter in the middle of sugar mixture. Microwave on full power for 2 minutes. Remove pan and stir ingredients. Stir in nuts and press fudge evenly into the pan. Chill for 1 hour, then cut into pieces when fudge is hard.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
