SKILLET BEEF STEW | |
1/2 c. salad dressing 3/4 c. round steak, cubed 2 c. peeled, cubed potatoes 4 carrots, sliced 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 tsp. basil 1 c. water 1 (1.2 oz.) pkg. dry onion soup mix 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms In a 10 inch skillet stir together salad dressing, beef and vegetables. Cook and stir over medium heat for 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cover. Reduce heat, simmer 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender. |
