HOT ROLLS 
8 c. flour
2 pkgs. yeast
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. warm water

Dissolve yeast and a little of sugar with warm water. Then add the rest with flour. Pour the water in until it makes small ball. Knead until light. Place in covered pan. After it rises, pinch off and put in pans. Let it rise again. Bake in 375 degree oven until brown.
