BROCCOLI-CHEESE PUFF 
1 (20 oz.) pkg. Morton frozen prepared macaroni & cheese, thawed
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed & drained
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 egg whites

In medium bowl combine macaroni and cheese, broccoli and mustard. In small bowl beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Fold whites into macaroni and cheese mixture. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes or until puffy brown. Makes 4 servings. A delicious, meatless entree, but it works well as a side dish too.
