1 stick butter, at room temperature 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened to room temperature 1 c. flour, sifted Combine softened butter and cheese, add flour and work in like "pie dough." Press into small muffin pans. Top with your favorite jelly, jam, or preserves. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. |
