OKRA SALAD 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen whole okra
1/2 c. bottled oil and vinegar salad dressing
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Lettuce leaves

Cook okra as directed on package (do not over cook). Drain and cool. Combine salad dressing, parsley, salt and pepper in small bowl. Arrange cooled okra on serving dish. Pour salad dressing mixture over okra and chill. Serve on lettuce leaves.
