GARLIC TOMATOES 
4 lg. firm tomatoes
4 tbsp. olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp. parsley
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Bread crumbs (from 2 to 3 slices of bread)

Peel tomatoes and quarter. Saute onions and tomatoes in oil. Add parsley, salt, pepper, and garlic to taste. Put tomatoes and onions in baking dish. Top with bread crumbs and sprinkle more parsley, salt, pepper, and garlic to taste. Drizzle oil from sauteing over top and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Serves 4.
