RHUBARB DESSERT | |
8x8 pan. CRUST: 1 c. crushed graham crackers 4 tbsp. melted butter 1 tbsp. sugar Reserve 1/2 cup for topping. Bake 10 minutes in 350 degree oven. Cool. 1 c. sugar 3 tbsp. cornstarch, dissolved 1/2 c. water (red food coloring for color if desired) Cook - cool. Put on top of crust when cool. 1/2 c. cream, whipped Put on top of rhubarb layer. Mix according to package instructions. Put on marshmallow layer. Put on remaining graham cracker crumbs. Refrigerate. Double recipe for 9x13 pan. |
