6 oz. can tomato paste
2 - 3 tbsp. tequila
6 - 7 oz. beer (1 - 2 oz. for chef!)
6 tbsp. bourbon
1 tsp. brown sugar
1/2 - 3/4 lb. stew meat (optional)
6 cans kidney beans, drained
1 med. green pepper
1 sm. can chopped green chilies
1/2 tsp. red pepper
3 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. beef bouillon
1 tsp. basil
