MEXICAN LASAGNA 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 (15 oz.) can Mexe-Beans
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1 pkg. taco seasoning
6 flour tortillas, 8 inch halved
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 F. In large skillet, brown ground beef and onions. Drain fat. Stir in mexe-beans, tomato sauce, green chilies and taco seasoning.

Layer half the tortillas on bottom of 11x7 inch baking dish. Spread half the meat mixture over, and sprinkle with half the cheese. Repeat layers. Bake 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Microwave Directions: Microwave on HIGH 16 to 18 minutes or until heated through. Turn 3 or 4 times during cooking time.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
