4 tbsp. Irish whiskey
4 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. hot coffee (Espresso is preferred)
1/4 c. heavy cream, whipped

Combine whiskey and sugar in measuring cup. Pour into two Irish coffee mugs. Add hot coffee. Top with whipped cream. Garnish with cherries, if desired.
