12 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese (Cracker Barrel) 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese 1 stick butter 2 tbsp. milk (add more if needed) 1 tbsp. Heinz 57 sauce Grate cheese; all ingredients at room temperature. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix until thoroughly creamed. Refrigerate at least 2 hours; shape into ball and roll in nuts if desired. Makes 1 large or 2 small cheese balls. |
