BAR-B-QUE SAUCE 
1 gallon Hunts ketchup
1 1/2 qt. Twelve Oaks vinegar
1 c. French's mustard
3 tbsp. salt
4 tbsp. black pepper
3 tbsp. red pepper
4 sticks butter
3 lemons, juice only
2 tbsp. Louisiana Hot Sauce (opt.)

Put vinegar and lemon juice in boiler. Add mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Add butter. Heat until butter melts. Add ketchup. Bring to a boil and boil for five minutes. Add salt, pepper and hot sauce to taste.
