BAR-B-QUE SAUCE 
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. Mazola oil
1 c. catsup
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. celery seed
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. dry mustard

Saute chopped onion in oil. Combine rest of ingredients and add to onion. Bring just to a boil and simmer slowly for 10 minutes. Use a BBQ sauce for beef, pork or chicken. Keeps good in the refrigerator. Yield 2 1/2 cups.
