8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
8 oz. Velveeta
8 oz. Cheddar cheese
1 lb. bulk sausage cooked and drained
1 tbsp. taco chunky sauce

Melt cheeses together and add sausage and taco sauce. Serve with crackers, bread sticks or bagel chips.
