CHEESE FLAN 
4 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 can (14 oz.) condensed milk
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese

TOPPING:

4 tbsp. water
1/2 c. brown sugar

In blender, mix 4 eggs, vanilla, both cans of milk and cream cheese. Set aside. Put sugar and water in a medium size pan (round baking pan) and cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil and becomes like syrup. Then put cheese mixture in the pan. Put this in larger pan with water in bottom. Bake at 350 degrees 1 to 1 1/2 hours until done (knife stuck in middle comes out clean). Cool before serving.
