CALIFORNIA RADS COOKIES 
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. instant coffee
2 tsp. vanilla
4 oz. walnuts
4 oz. toasted pecans

Melt unsweetened chocolate, 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate and butter; cool. In large bowl mix flour, baking powder, coffee and sugar. Add chocolate mixture to flour mix and blend well. Then add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Fold in 6 ounce chocolate chips, walnuts and toasted pecans. Batter will be soft another 1/4 cup of flour may be added. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
