APPLE CHIP CAKE 
3/4 c. cooking oil
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
Pinch of salt
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. chocolate chips
3 c. sliced apples

Blend oil, sugar and eggs with wooden spoon. Add vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Mix nuts, chips and apples until batter is thick. Greased, floured tube pan. Bake 1-1 1/4 hours at 325 degrees.
