CAJUN HAMBURGERS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. ground cumin
2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. paprika
Red pepper flakes to taste
Salt to taste

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix until blended. Shape meat into patties. Broil, grill or fry. Serve with toasted buns, sliced tomatoes and sour cream.
