1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 beaten egg
1 sm. pkg. biscuit mix (1 1/2 c.)
1 pkg. potato flakes (1 1/2 c.)
1 tsp. coconut flavoring

Mix by hand. Drop onto sheet - small amount for small cookies - crisp cookies. Bake at 375 degrees, preheated, for 11 minutes.
