LASAGNE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, minced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 cans (6 oz. each) tomato paste
2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 oz. lasagne noodles
2 eggs
12 oz. cottage cheese
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Grated Parmesan cheese

In large, heavy saucepan brown meat in oil with onion, garlic and parsley. Drain off grease. Add tomato paste, water, salt and pepper and simmer 1 hour. Cook lasagne according to directions on package. Mix together eggs and cottage cheese.

In 9 x 13 inch baking dish, spread 1/2 cup sauce in bottom, then alternate layers of lasagne, sauce, egg mixture and Mozzarella cheese. Top with sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
