ALMOND LOAF 
2 c. finely ground blanched almonds
2 c. water
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tsp. chicken-like seasoning
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. leaf basil
1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
2 c. bread crumbs
Salt to taste

Saute onions and celery in water until tender. Grind almonds finely or liquify with water in blender until very fine. Combine all ingredients. Bake in casserole dish for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve with gravy.
