PRUNE BREAD 
2 1/3 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. softened butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped cooked prunes

Sift dry ingredients. Cream butter and sugar, add eggs one at a time. Mix well after each. Carefully add sour cream and vanilla, mix until smooth and well blended. Add dry ingredients and prunes. Mix well. Pour into buttered loaf pan.

Bake in 350°F oven for 1 hour. Remove from pan and cool.
