TORTELLINI SOUTHWEST | |
1 1/2 c. (15 oz.) container Contadina Fresh Plum Tomato sauce with basil 1/4 c. (4 oz. can) diced green chilies 1 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro 1/8 tsp. ground cumin 1 pkg. (9 oz.) Contadina Fresh Cheese tortellini (egg), cooked and drained 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese In 1 1/2 quart saucepan, combine sauce, green chilies, cilantro, and cumin. Simmer over medium low heat for 5 minutes. Place tortellini on warm platter; pour plum tomato sauce mixture evenly over pasta. Sprinkle cheese over sauce and serve. |
