TOASTED PITA CHIPS | |
4 lg. pita bread rounds 2 tbsp. cooking oil Sesame seed or caraway seeds Cut pitas in quarters; split each quarter in half. Brush outside with cooking oil; sprinkle with sesame or caraway seed. Place on 15x10x1 inch baking pan. Bake at 325 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until crisp and golden, rearranging once. Makes 32 chips. May be frozen. |
