WHITE FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
5 lg. bananas, mashed
#2 can crushed pineapple, drained
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. sugar
Sm. container sour cream
9 oz. container Cool Whip
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix together and put in a large loaf pan. Sprinkle with coconut; freeze. Cover with foil. It will keep up to six months.
