CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped peppers (optional)
1 pkg. pie crust mix
1/2 c. chili sauce

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Brown ground beef; drain. Stir in salt, oregano, pepper, bread crumbs, 1/2 cup tomato sauce, onion and green peppers. Make pie crust for 1 (9 inch) pie crust. Pour meat mixture into pie pan that is lined with pie crust.

Spread cheese topping (below) over meat. Bake for about 30 minutes. Cut into wedges. Stir together remaining tomato sauce and chili sauce. Serve with pie.

TOPPING:

1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. each salt, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce
2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

Mix egg and milk; stir in remaining ingredients.
