RHUBARB DUMPLINGS 
3 c. chopped rhubarb (fresh or frozen)
3 c. water
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. strawberry jello
3 c. Bisquick
1 egg, beaten
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
Milk to moisten

Bring rhubarb, water, sugar, and jello to a boil. Mix Bisquick, egg, butter, and sugar with milk for soft dough. Drop over hot fruit. Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes. Serve hot.
