BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 1/2 qt. chicken broth
1 bunch broccoli
1 c. onion
2 bay leaves
1/2 c. flour
2 c. half & half
1/4 lb. butter

Heat chicken broth, add chopped broccoli, diced onions; bring to a boil. Add flour, half & half; stir until thick. Add butter and bay leaves. Serves 8.
