CREAMED HAMBURGER AND CABBAGE 
3/4 lb. beef chuck, ground
1 med. onion, minced
3 tbsp. butter
4 c. coarsely chopped cabbage
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. celery seeds
1 1/2 c. milk

Brown meat and onion lightly in butter, breaking up meat with fork. Add cabbage and saute lightly. Blend in flour and seasonings. Add milk, cover, and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
