N.C. VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 can onion rings
1 sm. can baby lima beans (6-8 oz.)
1 reg. can French style green beans (16 oz.)
1 sm. can garden peas (6-8 oz.)

1 tbsp. bacon drippings
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp. Durkee sauce
1 med. onion, grated
3 tbsp. salad oil
Salt (optional)

Heat vegetables and drain. Season with salt and pepper if desired. Make a sauce of next 8 ingredients. Place 1/2 of vegetables in casserole. Add 1/2 sauce mixture. Repeat vegetable layer and top with the rest of the sauce. Cover with onion rings - heat in 350 degree oven 10-15 minutes. Good at pot-luck meals.
