SPAGHETTI | |
2 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 med. bell pepper 1 med. onion 3 tbsp. chili powder 1 tbsp. garlic powder 1 lg. can diced tomatoes 1 tsp. hot sauce 1 can (pieces) mushrooms 1 can tomato paste 3 cans water (3 oz. each) 8 oz. spaghetti Brown ground beef, strain and rinse. Saute chopped onions and bell pepper together. Add to browned ground beef. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 2 hours. Bring 2 quarts to boil; add spaghetti and cook for 15 minutes. Strain and rinse in hot water. Add to meat sauce. |
