6 med. potatoes, boiled with skin
1/2 c. butter (melted)
2 c. shredded cheese
1/3 c. chopped green onion
1 pt. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper

Boil potatoes - let cool, grate coarsely. Mix with remaining ingredients and 1/2 tsp. salt. Put in greased shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish and bake at 350 degrees 35 minutes. Serves 6.
