FESTIVE FRUITCAKE 
1 lb. candied cherries, cut up
1 lb. candied pineapple, cut up
2 lbs. dates, cut up
1 c. flour
1 coconut, grated
2 lbs. pecans
2 cans sweetened condensed milk

Dredge cherries, pineapple, and dates with flour. Combine coconut, pecans, and condensed milk. Mix with fruit mixture. Prepare 3 loaf pans by greasing bottoms and lining with brown paper. Divide fruit cake mixture into pans and pack down. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 300 degrees.
